Terms of Service

1. The service

AdHub generates animated video ads from the briefs, logos, screenshots and audio you provide, using AI models (including Anthropic's Claude) and text-to-speech providers. Results are produced automatically; they can contain mistakes and vary between runs. Review every video before you publish it.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or with an email and password. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and give accurate information. You're responsible for everything done with your account; tell us at contact@web-univers.com if you think it has been misused.

3. Credit, prices and payment

• AdHub is prepaid. You buy credit (top-ups) through Stripe and spend it on videos and project ideas at the prices shown on the pricing page and in the app before you start each video.
• A video is charged only when it finishes. Failed videos and videos you stop are not charged.
• Credit is in US dollars, doesn't expire while your account is open, isn't transferable and can't be exchanged for cash except as described in the refund policy. Bonus credit from packs has no cash value.
• We may change prices for the future; changes never affect credit you've already bought or a video already started.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Your content and your videos

You keep all rights to what you upload (briefs, logos, screenshots, audio). You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to make your videos and run the service. As between you and us, the finished videos are yours: you may use them commercially, including in paid advertising. Music and sound effects bundled in AdHub are licensed to you for use within the videos you make.

You promise that you have the rights to everything you upload and that your videos and their claims are lawful and not misleading.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use AdHub to create or promote:

• anything illegal, or ads for illegal products and services;
• content that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or other rights, or impersonates a person or brand you don't represent;
• deceptive, fraudulent or unsafe claims (for example fake health cures or get-rich-quick schemes);
• sexual content, hate, harassment or violent extremism;
• anything that breaks the advertising policies of the platform you publish on.

You also may not attack, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, or try to access other users' data. We may refuse a brief, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep AdHub available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we shut AdHub down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused purchased credit.

7. Disclaimers and liability

AdHub is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or ad spend. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using AdHub at any time and ask us to delete your account at contact@web-univers.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections about ownership, liability and disputes survive.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Wyoming have jurisdiction, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
